MISSION STATEMENT

Brighton Analytical, LLC is an environmental testing laboratory committed to providing its clients the highest quality analytical data and customer service since 1986.  We accomplish this by delivering analytical data and expertise that is accurate and cost effective.  We are defined by our commitment to knowledge, our employees, client relationships and quality systems that allow us to be a leader in our industry.

BRIGHTON ANALYTICAL OVERVIEW

Brighton Analytical has been serving the Environmental Community for over 25 years.  Our standard of excellence in Equipment, Personnel and Customer Service has set us apart from other laboratories.  To maintain this level of excellence, we continually re-train and re-evaluate ourselves to stay on top of the most recent technological advances in instrumentation and methodology in the industry.  We hold Accreditation with the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP), and Certifications with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) for Drinking Water analysis and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).  Whether we're analyzing landfill's and municipality's samples for regulatory monitoring, performing benchmark studies for baseline reporting, testing for certified drinking water analysis, testing using EPA and Brownfield clean-up criteria, or assisting Universities with their environmental studies we are ready to analyze your samples in the most professional and efficient manner.  We can accommodate many matrixes for testing, including but not limited to: drinking water, air, soil, water, product, plastics, solvents, filters, badges, etc.

Our State of the Art Equipment ensures that your samples are anayzed with the most up-to-date technology and methods.   Recently we  expanded our testing capabilities to include Low Level Mercury analysis.  With the purchase of our Low Level Mercury Analyzer, we have built a completely new lab enclosure to assure that there is absolutely no cross contamination.  We have also just purchased an ICP/MS analyzer to assure that your metal analyses are the most precise.  In our Organics Lab, we added a new GC Analyzer with detectors and dual towers to accommodate large volumes of PCB analysis.  These are only a few of the numerous examples of equipment updates that have been taking place.

Each one of our highly regarded technical staff of degreed and experienced chemists has been with our firm for at least 15 years.  We have the experience and knowledge to handle any kind of sample you need analyzed. 

Our outstanding Customer Service will keep you coming back.  We have educated and experienced field Customer Service Representatives that can assist and provide you with the proper sample preservation and containers tailored to your specific project needs.  They can pick-up, within a specified area, and deliver your project samples to the lab in an efficient and timely manner.  If you require your project results rapidly, your Customer Service Representative can handle advance scheduling with the laboratory to ensure that you samples have top priority once they have entered our system.

YOUR BRIGHTON EXPERIENCE ENTAILS THE FOLLOWING:

Beginning with our Customer Service staff that will:

~  take the time to evaluate your specific project needs and   prepare a quotation that is the most cost effective way to accomplish your analysis;

prepare proper sample containers with preservatives in a cooler tailored to your project and either deliver or mail them;

~  schedule any RUSH analysis with the lab prior to sample receipt;

~  pick-up your samples from your office or from the field, within specified areas.

Continuing with our Technical staff that will:

handle your samples from the moment that they enter the lab;

~  contact you with any questions or issues that arise with your project while in the lab;

~  assure that your samples' analyses are completed in a correct and timely manner.

Finishing with our Professional staff that will:

~  review and release lab results immediately by e-mail or facsimile;

~  answer any questions or concerns you may have concerning testing procedures or results;

~  prepare the final package containing laboratory reports, QA/QC reporting as required and your invoice which will all be delivered to you via e-mail.  If requested on COC these can be provided by US Mail.
